Nanz Luxury Skincare is committed to providing reliable and timely delivery of all orders placed via www.nanzluxuryskincare.co.za. This Shipping & Delivery Policy forms part of our binding Terms of Service and outlines the responsibilities of both the customer and Nanz Luxury Skincare concerning product dispatch, transportation, and receipt.
2. Delivery Methods & Partners
We utilise selected third-party logistics providers to ensure safe and efficient delivery:
- PostNet
- PAXI (estimated 3–5 business days)
- Private Nanz Delivery Service (available exclusively within Johannesburg North & Johannesburg CBD – Free)
High-risk or remote delivery areas may incur additional delivery charges starting at R160, as determined by the courier service.
3. Order Processing & Dispatch
- Orders are processed within 24–72 business hours after successful payment confirmation.
- Processing time excludes weekends and South African public holidays.
- Dispatch confirmation, including tracking information, constitutes proof that the order has left our control.
4. Transfer of Risk & Responsibility
- Risk in and to the goods transfers to the customer upon handover to the courier or delivery agent.
- Nanz Luxury Skincare is not liable for loss, theft, misdelivery, or delay following courier handover.
- Any assistance provided post-dispatch, including courier tracking support, is a courtesy and does not constitute an admission of liability or guarantee of resolution.
5. Proof of Delivery
- Delivery is deemed complete upon courier confirmation, signature capture, photographic evidence, collection scan, or system-marked delivery status.
- No claims of non-receipt will be entertained after confirmation.
6. Incorrect Details & Failed Deliveries
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.
- Parcels returned due to incorrect information, non-collection, or customer unavailability will incur re-delivery fees payable by the customer.
7. Delivery Timeframes
- Major urban areas: typically 2–5 business days.
- Outlying or high-risk areas: may take 5–7 business days.
- Remote locations may require longer delivery times, depending on courier availability.
- Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.
8. Force Majeure
- Nanz Luxury Skincare shall not be liable for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including strikes, adverse weather, civil unrest, courier system failures, or government action.
9. Customer Cooperation
- Customers must provide accurate contact details and respond promptly to courier communications.
- Failure to cooperate may result in delays or inability to complete delivery.
